The New house senate health care bill that Reid is trying to push though the senate was coupled with bill HR 3590 which is to admen the Internal Revenue code of 1986 for first time homebuyers credit for Armed Forces and Federal employees with the addition of " and for other purposes."

I did a search on the word tax, it appears 511 time in this bill. In the table of contents it appears 12 times, 7 referring to tax credits and 5 to ether new taxes or increasing current taxes. The tax are on some of the usual like higher taxes on the top taxpayers but also include high cost employer sponsored health coverage (Sec 9001),increase in additional tax on distributions from HASs and MSAs (Sec 9004), on cosmetic medical procedures (Sec 9017), and others.
States, the states must assume the cost of individuals eligible for premium tax credits. Page 137 line 19. this will increase States pay out and with many of the states in or at the verge of bankruptcy this could do them in not to mention increase states taxes even farther then they already are.
The word penalty appears 115 times. Some of the penalties fees are for miss use, but a large number are really a tax that is implemented as a penalty if mandatory option is not met. The word Mandatory appears 10 time.
The word payment appears 892 time and in a large number of them its referring to ether penalty or taxation on individual or companies. The rest is referring to credit payment of some sort or payment to physicians or providers.
Just looking through the bill I see a large amount of required applications and other paperwork that provider and individuals will have to fill out. The word required appears 262 times.
The word imposed appears 107 times and usually refers to taxes, penalties, fees, or forms. The word form appears 122 times, mostly deleing with documents requested or required buy the government.
"Individual Mandate for coverage" or now called "MAINTENANCE OF
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL COVERAGE"
Chapter 48 on page 324 line 18.
Line 23, An applicable individual shall for each month beginning after 2013 ensure that the individual, and any dependent of the individual who is an applicable individual, is covered under minimum essential coverage for such month.

Which is currently linked to H.R. 3962 and you could have possible prison time for not having paid the fine imposed by not have the minimal health plan. Please participate in survey on this issue.
